A recent study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine has burst a lot of bubbles for those who’ve been diligently taking a multivitamin every day.
This study, the largest ever conducted on post-menopausal women, revealed that multivitamins may contribute virtually nothing to reducing risk of common cancers, cardiovascular disease, and overall mortality. Darn!
